Los Hatillos - Aguacatal
Mineralization at Los Hatillos -- Aguacatal occurs in a series of epithermal, crustiform-banded, quartz veins. Bellhaven has identified a total of six mineralized veins that have a combined strike length of 8 km.

Previous drilling on the Los Hatillos concession has encountered significant high-grade gold mineralzation (17.06 g/t over 10.7 m)

Surface samples collected in the early 1990's returned strongly anomalous gold (up to 82.6 g/t). Nine holes were drilled in 1994. The best intercepts included 4.6 meters of 4.26 g/t Au in AG-6 and 10.7 m of 17.06 g/t Au in AG-8. This prospect is located only 12 km east of the Remance mine, an epithermal vein deposit that has produced 88,000 ounces of gold.

Joint Venture at Los Hatillos

On July 9, 2007, Bellhaven announced that it had signed a definitive agreement with Golden Cross Resources Ltd. (ASX : GCR)("Golden Cross") of Australia to acquire an interest in Bellhaven's wholly owned Los Hatillos Concession. Under the terms of the agreement Golden Cross will incur exploration expenditures up to US$3.5 million and make option payments of US$500,000 over a period of five years to earn up to 70% interest in the property.

Boca de Higui
Gold mineralization at Boca de Higui occurs in a swarm of steeply-dipping, crustiform-banded, quartz veins and breccias. Surface samples collected during the 1980's re-turned strongly anomalous gold (up to 15 g/t). Follow-up sampling in the early 1990's confirmed the presence of anomalous gold in both the veins and the wall rock. Seven diamond drill holes were completed in 1994. Five of the holes intercepted gold minerali-zation. The best intercept was 1.5 m of 6.41 g/t Au. Boca de Higui is located just 7 km west of the Remance mine and 12 km east of the Santa Rosa mine, both former producers. Santa Rosa produced 105,000 ounces of gold.

San Pedrito
Gold mineralization at San Pedrito occurs in epithermal, crustiform-banded, quartz veins near the town of Las Minitas. The veins are located on the margin of a pervasively-altered felsic volcanic dome and surrounding pyroclastic apron.

Surface samples collected in the 1980's returned anomalous gold (in excess of 1 g/t) and three holes were drilled. There were no mineralized intercepts in the drilling. San Pedrito covers the ground between the Remance and Santa Rosa mines, both former producers.

Bellhaven Program
Surface samples collected by Bellhaven from epithermal quartz veins at Aguacatal (Los Hatillos concession) returned up to 52.5 g/t gold. Sixty-one of the 241 samples returned values in excess of 1 g/t gold; fourteen samples in excess of 10 g/t gold. A series of ten surface trenches across 650 meters of strike length along the La Blanca Vein returned mineralized two-meter intervals of up to 40.6 g/t gold.

Underground sampling on the La Blanca Vein has identified a measured and indicated, polymetallic mineral resource of 17,000 tonnes at a grade of 12.5 g/t gold, 21.6 g/t sil-ver, 0.14% copper, 2.49% lead, and 3.8% zinc.

Plans are to continue to extend the strike length of known mineralization at Los Hatillos - Aguacatal, Boca de Higui, and San Pedrito, and to test for new vein and disseminated gold deposits within the Veraguas Gold Belt.
